What to include
The more you share, the faster we can review it. None of this needs to be perfect.
- Property addressStreet address, city and state, so we know exactly which property it is.
- Property typeSingle-family home, Multi-family, Vacant land or something else.
- ConditionWhat works, what needs repair and any recent work done.
- Asking priceIf you have one in mind. It is fine to leave it open.
- Reason for sellingA sentence is enough. It helps us understand your situation.

What kinds of property can I submit?
Adiora evaluates residential properties. The form lists single-family home, multi-family, vacant land, other. Choose the closest match and describe the property in your own words.
Where does the property need to be?
We work in Dallas, Fort Worth, Waxahachie, Ennis, Hillsboro, Mexia, Waco, Temple. See the service area. If your property is outside these cities, ask anyway.
Is submitting a property an offer to buy it?
No. Submitting a property does not create an offer, contract or obligation to purchase. Read the full notice beside the form.
